Works with individuals 16+, Couples & Families
Hey, I’m Jeremiah.
I believe many of the struggles people bring to therapy—anxiety, depression, anger, disconnection—aren’t signs that something is wrong with you, but signals about how you’ve learned to relate to yourself and to others. My work is grounded in a non-judgmental, relational approach that focuses on emotional connection, meaning, and choice.
I draw primarily from Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma; with couples who want to communicate more clearly and move through conflict in ways that strengthen their relationship; and with families facing transitions or significant relational challenges.
As part of this therapy team, I bring a style that is warm, informal, and direct. I value collaboration and believe therapy works best when you feel respected, understood, and actively involved. Humor, curiosity, and creativity often find their way into the room, alongside practical support for real-life relationships.
At the core of my work is a belief that change happens in relationship—with ourselves and with the people who matter most to us. Finding the right fit in therapy is important, and I’m always happy to help you explore whether working together feels like the right next step.
