Works with individuals 4+
Hey! My name is Maddy and I am a Registered Social Worker. I support children (4+), adolescents, and adults in an environment that is warm and welcoming.
I enjoy working with children and supporting them during their formative years. I support children by helping them build a strong foundation in mental health through emotional awareness, psychoeducation, and skill building. I incorporate books, activities, and art into sessions as this is a great way for children to learn! I also take a collaborative approach working with the adults and other professionals who also support the child.
I’m passionate about supporting women who are newly diagnosed with, or questioning, ADHD later in life; creating space to better understand themselves, reduce shame, and develop strategies that actually fit their lives.
In my work with adults, I integrate approaches such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, and talk therapy, tailoring sessions to each person’s needs. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I believe in your capacity for growth and I will support you every step of the way!
